1. We don't use dangerous ladders.
All of our work is done safely from the ground using 40ft long, water-fed, telescopic brushes. This means you'll never have to worry about us falling and seriously injuring ourselves, as well as we will never break or scratch your gutters or siding with a big ladder, or possibly destroy your garden trying to reach a tricky window.

2. We use pure, de-ionized water for our cleaning.
We don't need any sort of chemical or homemade "secret concoction" to make your windows shine. In fact we don't even need soap! You'll never have to worry about harmful products dripping down and staining the side of your house or possibly contaminating the soil and killing plant or animal life. It may sound crazy, but if you don't believe us just simply try it out. You have absolutely nothing to lose because. . .

Why can't I pay online?
Our site provides our customers with the accurate prices listed for each size of home. No other company does this! We personally find it annoying when you are searching for the price for a service but all you can find is "quotes" and "estimates" and once they have your email or phone number, they spam you with offers. We want to be as honest and transparent as possible with our customers.

What is my "House Size"?
Your "House Size" is determined two factors.Â
Size and Difficulty.Â
You could be a small home that is very difficult or a large home that is very easy.
Every home is different.
We will come to your house and let you know what size category you are based on what we can see.
What is de-ionized water?
De-ionized water (or de-mineralized water) is just normal everyday tap water that has had all of its mineral ions removed through the use of a filter. Those minerals are basically the "dirt" that causes water spots on your glass. Which is why after we remove them, the windows will simply air dry and be spotless. The best part is that it is not harmful at all since it's just water.
